When the rollers run downhill along the inclined unloading curved track, the carriage automatically descends and resets to close the side door by its own weight. The advantages of the produced single-sided curved rail side unloading mine car are that it has a larger volume than the tipping bucket mine car and the fixed mine car, and it is automatically and smoothly unloaded. Due to the special characteristics of this unloading method, the unloading space of the curved rail is small. It is 5.2 meters long, and the unloading inclination can still reach 55 degrees, which effectively saves the development space of the shaft and reduces the size of the chamber. The unloading distance is short, and the excavation volume of the coal bunker and the yard is only one-third of that of other mining vehicles; because the unloading curved track is symmetrical, the side-dumping mining vehicle can be unloaded in both directions.
