The trunk is fixed and connected with the frame. The trunk is a loading box, welded by low carbon steel plate. The frame is the basic component of the mine truck. It is composed of two longitudinal beams and crossbeams, which can bear traction. The bumper is mounted on both ends of the frame to ease the impact between the two tramcars. The buffer is divided into rigid buffer and spring buffer. The rigid buffer is simple in structure, but its cushioning effect is not good. It can easily damage the frame and shorten the life of the mine car. It is only suitable for small mine car. The single rod or double rod spring buffer can cushion impact and shock. The connector which connects the tramcar into a group and transfers the traction force should be reliable enough and easy to operate to ensure the safety of the tramcar when it is assembled and decomposed.
