3. Insufficient cooling water for the water-cooled motor, blockage of the water circuit, or long-term generation of scale in the water circuit can reduce the cross-sectional area of the motor water circuit, resulting in insufficient cooling water. The hot motor should be cooled in a timely manner.
4. The reasons for the overheating of the bearings of the side dumping mine car include uneven and unclean lubricating oil, insufficient or excessive oil supply, resulting in poor bearing lubrication.
5. After replacing the stator or rotor components, the gap is uneven, causing friction between the iron cores, causing the temperature of the motor to rise and the edges to drop.
