When using fixed mine cars in some mining jobs, many operators do not pay much attention to small details during startup, resulting in many unnecessary troubles during use. Here is the inspection before driving, please pay attention to it carefully.
The following inspections must be carried out before driving:
(1) Before starting a newly installed mine car that has not been tested, the mine car should be moved manually or with a crane for 2 or 3 revolutions to avoid collision accidents.
(2) Fixed mine cars are not allowed to start under load (i.e., there is ore in the crushing chamber). Starting under load will cause electrical tripping or damage to components. Therefore, it is necessary to check whether there are minerals or iron blocks in the crushing chamber.
(3) In order to ensure qualified product granularity, the width of the ore discharge port should be checked (especially after new installation or maintenance).
(4) Check whether various electrical interlocking devices and audio signals are correct and easy to use.
(5) Check the oil level and temperature in the oil tank. If the oil temperature is lower than 20 degrees, do not drive. At this time, use an electric heater or heating hot water to heat it.
(6) Check the oil pressure of the locking cylinder and the adjustment ring can be started under the locking state (the fixer of the tooth plate should check whether the fixing bolts on the tooth plate and the adjustment ring are firm).
After conducting the above inspections and being sure that no faults will occur, the tramcar can be started according to the following procedures.
Start the oil pump and check the oil pressure. The mooring pressure should be 0.05-0.15MPa, and the pressure of cooling water should be slightly lower than the pressure of oil (generally 0.025-0.05MPa lower) to avoid water leakage.
When the oil pump operates for 3-5 minutes and everything is normal, a start signal can be sent as required, and then the mining truck can be started. The mine car idles for 1-2 minutes, and when everything is normal, it can be fed to the mine for production.
