After ore feeding, the operator must observe and pay attention to the following items for correct operation of the fixed mine car during on-load operation:
(1) The ore feeding must be uniform and the particle size should be higher than the requirements.
(2) Pay attention to mining and transportation at all times to avoid accidents caused by blockage.
(3) Regularly check the oil pump, cooler, filter, and oil temperature. The return oil temperature should not exceed 60 ℃.
(4) Check the water seal for dust drainage. If there is no water, it is not allowed to operate.
(5) Pay attention to checking the oil pressure of the locking cylinder. The adjusting ring must be operable under the locking state.
(6) Regularly check the wear of the lining plate, paying special attention to the fixing bolts of the lining plate on the adjustment ring. If it is loosened and replaced, the newly replaced liner should be stopped and tightened once after 24 hours of operation.
The parking sequence is as follows:
(1) After stopping ore feeding, the mine car should continue to operate until the ore left in the crushing chamber has been processed (in preparation for the next no-load start).
(2) Stop the harvester.
(3) Stop the Shantou pump and ore discharge transportation equipment.
(4) When the room temperature is below 0 degrees Celsius, the water in the water seal should be drained after parking to avoid freezing.
