Mine Car Control

Mine cars are commonly used mechanical equipment in many mining enterprises. During the process of driving, controlling, or repairing mine cars, there are some details that require our high attention. Especially from the perspective of production safety, paying attention to details is a necessary guarantee for production safety. Ignoring details can lead to unexpected serious consequences.

1. The engine oil pipe connector cannot be removed randomly.
During the daily driving process of mine cars, there may be some conditions in the power system, such as insufficient power, abnormal noise, oil leakage, and other issues. Some people will habitually perform some inspections. If the engine is running, be careful not to arbitrarily remove the oil pipe joints on the high-pressure side of the engine at this time, such as the high-pressure oil pipe and common rail oil pipe. "The pressure in these tubing is very high, and if forced operation is not completed until the pressure relief is complete, it is easy to be injured by the ultra-high pressure liquid that is ejected.". Therefore, before maintenance, it is necessary to shut down the engine and completely relieve the pressure before carrying out disassembly and maintenance.

2. Check the tire pressure and do not knock it randomly.
Due to the relatively large load capacity of mine cars, the requirements for tires are high, and any minor defects on the tires can become a hidden danger. Some customers often check whether the tire pressure is normal, but the methods are inappropriate, such as knocking the tire with a steel pipe crowbar, which can easily cause injury due to a flat tire. The normal mine car tire has a high tire pressure. Once the tire bursts, the impact force generated is very strong, especially when there is a bulge phenomenon, the probability of a tire blowout is high. The correct tire pressure detection should use a dedicated barometer instead of other sharp objects. If bulges are found, the spare tire should be replaced immediately.

3. Reinforcing goods cannot be pried or kicked by hand.
Mine cars are used most of the time to transport ore, and sometimes they also load other goods. Loading other goods may require reinforcement. At this time, do not use brute force, such as using a crowbar or kicking when binding ropes. These are dangerous actions. Once the crowbar rebounds, it is likely to be accidentally injured. Special tools should be used to reinforce the goods, which can be firmly fixed and safe without injury.
