1. The Coal Mining Car shall comply with the provisions of this standard and shall be produced in accordance with the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures.
2. The technical requirements of the mine car shall comply with the relevant regulations of JB/T 6992.

5. The tipping wheel components and the carriage link should be firm and reliable. The outline of the tipping wheel components must not exceed the overall size of the mine car when it is not tipped.
6. The relevant technical requirements of the carriage, frame and door shall comply with Table 2.
7. Non-processed surface should be painted. At the time of leaving the factory, the exposed processing surface should be distributed with rust or paint, and reported to friends paper or wax paper.
8. When the user has no requirements, the paint color of the minecart is dark yellow or silver gray, with a layer of primer and topcoat.
9. Before painting the side dumping mine car. Burrs, scales, rust and welding residues must be eliminated. The appearance of the paint needs to be uniform, smooth and complete. There should be no obvious defects such as brush marks and accumulation, and the combination should be firm.
