Working principle of curved Side Dumping Mine Car:

The traction locomotive or hoist can be unloaded on a curved track unloading platform that has been prepared at the unloading place, and can be unloaded to the set side. One side of the carriage is connected with the frame by a shaft, and the other side is equipped with unloading rollers on the door. During unloading, when the roller wheel goes up the slope of the unloading curved track along the slope of the curved track, the carriage tilts, and the movable side door rotates around the pin shaft and is opened to start unloading. When the rollers run down the slope of the unloading curved track, the carriage automatically descends and resets to close the side door by its own weight.
