12. When going on the road, it is strictly forbidden to extend hands, feet and various parts of the body into the lower part of the Mine Car or objects, materials and parts. Cover and locate in advance in the direction of possible sliding and moving to prevent accidents.
13. Personnel in all positions need to hold certificates to concentrate on their work and strictly implement the relevant provisions of the "Auxiliary Transportation Operation Rules and Safety Technical Measures".
