2. In the case that the user complies with the rules for the use of the mining cart, within six months from the date of arrival, it is indeed damaged or cannot work normally due to poor manufacturing quality. The manufacturer should repair or replace it for free.
3. When replacing the bearing, make the opening of the bearing cage outward. After the bearing is installed in the wheel, the proper clearance should be maintained and it should not be crushed to death.
4. Sealing parts should use original accessories. Operate in strict accordance with operating procedures. Overload operation is not allowed. During the work of the minecart, the minecart shall not be manually cleaned.
5. Mining carts generally need no maintenance for a life of more than 7500h. However, according to the place of use and the size of the load, a corresponding maintenance date should be established for timely cleaning and oil injection maintenance. Wheel pairs with abnormal noise and non-rotation should be replaced in time.
