1.The ore wheel pair of the dump truck Mine Car
The mine cart runs smoothly. When one of the four wheels on the horizontal track is not in contact with the rail surface, the gap is not greater than 3mm. There must be no cracks on the wheels, the thickness of the rim wear is not less than 13mm, and the thickness of the tread wear is not less than 6mm. The wheels are regularly oiled and turn flexibly. Wheel end face swing: Rolling bearings not exceeding 2mm; tapered roller bearings not exceeding 3mm.
2.The standard of the connection device of the dump truck
1) The safety factor of the beam, bumper, and bolt of the mining cart is not less than 10; the wear of the connecting shackle and the bolt does not exceed 15% of the original size. The chain link and pin do not bend more than 10% of the chain and pin diameter.
2) There are no cracks in the cast steel bumps, and the springs are not broken or deformed. The elastic contact length is 10-30mm.
3.The standard of the dump car and bottom beam is intact
1) There should be no more than one hole in the car that is larger than 50mm, the depth of the unevenness of each part should not be greater than 50mm, the length of the crack should not exceed 100mm, and the difference in the diagonal length of the upper mouth should not be greater than 50mm.
2) The bottom beam must not be welded or cracked, the rivets at the head must not be loose, and the number of rivets and bolts at other parts must not exceed 10% of the total.
