The calibration and rotating parts of the coal mining car must be filled with oil frequently, and the oil filling of the coupling wheel can be stopped only after new oil is discharged from the oil drain hole each time. When the mine car is deformed and widened during underground operation, it shall be reshaped in time.
1. Check whether the bolts on the fasteners are loose

3. Check the hinge condition of the unloading floor door for damage
4. Check whether the support frame rod is in normal condition
5. The mine car that has been shut down for a long time should be parked in a ventilated and dry place. It should not be stored in the open air to reduce the exposure to the sun and rain, reduce the corrosion damage, and increase the coal mining car service life.
