During the operation of the mine car, it falls off the track. At this time, the falling minecart should take corresponding effective measures to restore the mine car’s running track according to the loading conditions of the minecart, flatbed truck, material truck and other mining cart.
(1) When mine carts, flatbed trucks and material trucks fall off the road, road recovery personnel shall not stand between the mine carts and the road gang, and it is strictly forbidden to work on the side where the mining cart may fall over.
(2) When empty narrow gauge mine car, flatbed carts, and material carts fall off the road to take the road, the rerailer or manpower can be used to lift the car to restore the road.
(3) When the heavy-duty mining cart takes the road, it is first necessary to check whether the loaded objects have a tendency to dump, and the objects with a tendency to dump should be taken out safely; a rerailer or a chain hoist larger than the vehicle's load must be used to lift the load.
(4) When the heavy-duty flatbed or heavy-duty material mining cart is re-tracked, the fixation of the loaded objects must first be checked. If there is a loose displacement, readjust the binding and fix it firmly; a rerailer or a vehicle larger than that of the vehicle must be used. The heavy-duty chain hoist lifts and rerails.
(5) When using the rerailer, the rooting must be stable and reliable to prevent the rerailer from popping out and hurting people.
(6) When using the hoist to lift, the lifting point must be rooted and reliable, and the lowering point must be higher than the center of gravity of the vehicle or placed on both sides of the center of gravity of the vehicle to prevent the narrow gauge mine car from overturning.
(7) When the narrow gauge mine car is about to go on the road, you must pay attention to the falling and swinging of the vehicle to prevent accidental injury.
