The rack can unload the ballast at the front end of the unloading line, and can unload the ballast to both sides safely and reliably, so that the mining cart unloading is not restricted by the abandoned ballast site.

The self-braking coal mining car of the mine car is mainly composed of a force receiving mechanism, an energy storage mechanism, a toggle mechanism, a transmission shaft support seat, a transmission shaft, a braking mechanism, and a power take-off baffle installed on the lower part of the mine car. Without using any power, using the inertial force during the operation of the mining cart, each carriage can be automatically braked in turn.

The mine car is mainly composed of guiding I-beams, horizontal steel plates, supporting I-beams and rails. The two guiding I-beams are horizontally arranged on the horizontal steel plates, and the inner spacing of the two guiding I-beams is wide in the direction of the well head. It is placed in the form of gradually narrowing the opening. The distance between the two guide I-beams is 100mm-120mm greater than the outer distance of the two rails in the direction of the well head, and the outer distance of the two rails in the direction of the rail is greater than or mining cart equal to the outer distance of the two rails. The supporting I-beam is arranged longitudinally below, the left end of the two guiding I-beams is set under the exit of the minecart at the wellhead, and the right end is connected with two rails, and the two rails are in the middle of the two guiding I-beams.
