Coal mine workers are no stranger to mine car. They are driven by track-driven locomotives or hoists, and they can only be unloaded on the curved track unloading platform prepared at the mining cart unloading point to the set side.
The side dumping mine car is connected with the frame on one side of the carriage with a shaft, and the other side of the box door is equipped with unloading rollers.
When the mining cart is unloaded, when the rollers move along the curved rail slope transition device on the upward slope of the unloading curved rail, causing the carriage to tilt, the movable side door rotates around the pin shaft and is pulled open to start unloading. When the rollers run downhill along the inclined unloading curved track, the carriage automatically descends and resets to close the side door by its own weight.
