The Side Dumping Mine Car is composed of the following components: car box, car underframe, axle, unloading wheel, support spring, buffer rubber spring and bumper. The connection between the car box and the car underframe adopts the form of hinge, so that the mine car can be opened at a certain angle when passing the unloading station so that the ore can be unloaded smoothly.
1. The front, rear and side panels of the Side Dumping Mine Car box are welded with 12mm thick 16Mn plates, and the outer sides of the car box are reinforced with grooved steel plates; the wings are welded to the left and right side panels, and the upper part is welded with angle steel. It has a square shape, and the upper part of the angle steel is connected to the channel steel plate, so that the car box will not be damaged in the extremely harsh working environment.
2. Car underframe. The bottom plate adopts 25mm thick steel plate, and the angle steel and steel plate are welded under the bottom plate, so that the bottom plate can withstand the impact force of the ore on the bottom plate during ore loading.
3. Wheel and axle. The axle is composed of axles, wheels and rubber spring seats.
4. Unload the wheel. The Side Dumping Mine Car is used for unloading the mine. When the mine cart passes the unloading station, the unloading wheel starts to work. It rolls along the curved track to open the mine cart bottom plate. After the ore is unloaded, the bottom plate is closed again to return to the loading state.
5. Buffer rubber spring and meet. The buffer and the bumper are installed at both ends of the Side Dumping Mine Car, and are mainly composed of a bumper rubber spring, bumper, bolt and single-ring chain. It can ease and reduce the impact between mine cars and extend the service life of the vehicles.
6. Support spring. This mine car uses rubber springs as a vibration damping device to expand the inclination angle of the rubber springs when they are installed, so that they can withstand greater impact loads.
The Side Dumping Mine Car is a self-unloading operating equipment, which is incapable of itself and needs to be used with a traction locomotive. The truck is suitable for tunnel, indoor and open-air track transportation operations in mining, tunnel, engineering construction and other departments. The gauge is 600mm, 762mm, and 900mm for users to choose from. The truck is suitable for loading ore rock and sand with a lumpiness above 500mm. When loading block materials, the free fall height should be less than 1m (from the top of the box).
