Fixed Mining Cart is a kind of main transportation equipment for transporting coal and gangue on coal mine ground and underground roadways. At the same time, it is also a short-distance transportation equipment for other non-metallic ores, bridge construction, railway engineering, transmission and tunnelling and other construction and transportation projects, such as elm sand, gravel and other materials.
The fixed mine car box is fixedly connected with the frame, and the mine car must be flipped and unloaded by a dumper. Its basic composition is a car box, a frame, a buffer, a coupling and a walking mechanism. The frame is a metal structure, which can withstand the traction, braking force, collision force between the mine cars and the rail impact force buffer. The buffer is installed at both ends of the frame to ease the impact between the two cars. The coupler is a component that connects the locomotive and the mine car. Commonly used are bolt chain links and slewing chains. Large mine cars use automatic couplers that also serve as buffers. The running mechanism is two wheel pairs composed of 4 wheels and 2 axles. When the sum of minecarts and materials exceeds 20 tons, the number of wheelsets should generally be increased. For mine cars with more than two wheelsets, in order to make the two wheelsets into a car with a turntable through a curve, this car is called a bogie.
Precautions for using fixed Mining Cart
1. During use, the load on the Mining Cart must not exceed the specified value.
2. It is forbidden to work when the connection device fails.
3. The frame crashes rigidly against the axle when vibrating. It is forbidden to use it when the chassis and wheelset are faulty to avoid damage to the axle.
4. If the bolt or the surface of the three-ring chain is found to be seriously corroded or deformed, it shall be scrapped.
5. Mining Cart is forbidden for the minecart to just touch each other.
6. When the track of the Mining Cart is deformed, it should be adjusted in time, otherwise the wheelset of the mine is easily damaged, and it is easy to jump the course during transportation.
