MLC10T-6 type mining material vehicle frame is a metal structure that can withstand traction, automatic force, collision force between mining vehicles and rail impact force. It is composed of channel steel, contact seat, axle card and other welding. Its technical conditions meet the relevant regulations.
The section steel for the frame should be straightened before riveting, and its straightness should not be greater than 1.5 ‰. After the frame is made, the two pairs of sides should be parallel to each other. The parallelism tolerance is 2 ‰ of the side length. The frame flatness tolerance is 2 ‰ of the length of the frame (excluding the buffer), but not more than 5mm.
After the frame is made, the support surfaces of the four-axle frames should be on the same plane, and the center surfaces of the two axis frames on the same axis should be perpendicular to the longitudinal center surface of the frame. The difference between the centerline distance of the two axle brackets on the same side of the frame (shaft card or axle guide frame with vertical buffer spring) and the distance between the centerlines of the two opposite axle brackets on the opposite side must not exceed 2mm. The difference must not be greater than 3mm).
The center plane of the frame traction device should be symmetrical to the longitudinal center plane of the frame, and its symmetry tolerance should be no greater than 6mm.

1. The mining truck should be carefully inspected for serious bumps and damages before use, and the wheels should be flexible and free of jams.
2. The normal service life of the mining cart is more than 10000h, and generally no maintenance is required. However, according to the place of use and the size of the load, the corresponding maintenance oiling maintenance date should be established, the oiling maintenance should be cleaned in time, and the wheelset with abnormal noise and non-rotation should be replaced in time.
3. When replacing the bearing, the bearing frame opening must be outward. After the bearing is installed in the wheel, proper clearance should be maintained and it should not be crushed to death. Seals should use original accessories to ensure sealing performance.
